Lows: -This resort is massive, meaning there's LOTS of other guests who you will be waiting with to get to and from the Parks with, meaning each bus you take will be extremely full and you may even not get on and have to wait for another bus. +Their pool named The Dig Site (open 10am-10pm) was actually really nice with a great waterslide. +All interactions with employees were great, they were super informative and very nice. Some highs and lows like any place: Highs: +The main tower's rooms are basically brand new, and felt that way. More Show lessĬoronado Springs was great overall. We feel very very disappointed about this resort. So we had to walk for like 10 minutes to our room in the middle of the night after all day at the park.

The bus that took us to the park left us in another stop we ask for stop number 2 And the driver said that he is not going to stop in stop number 2. Room no clean very well we find pubic hair inside the toilet. We are annual Florida pass holder and we love this resort but this time we feel very disappointed because customer services was very very poor. This is the way a Disney resort treat us this time. He was Very rude on the phone when we ask for towels and soap and he sent a housekeeping Person at 11:30 pm with bunch towels and a big kitchen container with soap. we call again front desk and we spoke with VICTOR. The day after we came back from all day at the park and we didn't have housekeeping services at our room. !!! We went to the room and when we open the room the smelled musty and the beverage cooler didn’t work so we had to call front desk to replaced the cooler. We stayed at this resort before the pandemic on February 2020 it’s was amazing, so we book this resort again on September 25TH 2021.
